A into Hagen
B into Egnater
Out of Egnater into the return of the switchable loop
now with the sw loop you can loop the Egnater into Hagen's power section via midi and switch between the Hagen preamps and the Egnater preamps, yes, thats a shi*load of channels

Can an Axe-Fx be connected to the switchable series loop so that I could use MIDI to switch between Hagen and Axe's preamps so that the effects from the Axe-Fx would be usable with both options? That would be seriously cool. All the sounds one could ever hope to get, I think.

4CM Method - gives you the option to use the FX from the AF and either the preamp from the Diezel or the AF-and always the poweramp of the amp.
With Standard and Ultra you'll run into level problems (noise) and it needs some extra parts like transformers/hum eliminators - porbably the AFII will solve this issue.
