A cheap load box for effects useage?

Looking for a cheap way to run effects with the Jet City JCA20H. Are there any cheap load boxes I can use to put pedals in the "loop" of the amp?

Something with a loop in it.

Basically, I'm looking for some external device to allow me to put effects in the loop of a JCA20H.

Ho builds something like that, with an internal transistor power amp to slave your amp and it has a loop. Heard good things about it. Search on TGP for Ho Attenuator and you can get in touch with him. I believe it's around 400$, but can be used with any amp.

There's a schematic on Metroamp.com. I think it's a total of $10 worth of parts. I believe it's in the EVH section. One of these days I'm going to build one. By all accounts, it works really well.

No it doesn't. Extra $200 for the modded JCA20H with the loop .

Why the fuck is it so expensive for just the loop? $550 for the Brown Eye with sat. swith, $750 for the same amp with a loop. Doesn't make any since to me at al. $200 for a loop? It best be tube buffered for that much

A 100$ item they have to purchase, they have to drill holes, wire the thing up and all, makes it total 200$.

Why don't you just get one from Metro yourself and fit it? Then you won't have to complain anymore

I wasn't complaining at all, merely asking a question. Never once was I overly rude or did I accuse Dave/Jet City of anything malicious.
