I thought you'd like that play on words. :)

So far I just listened to the Plexi vid and it sounds really good. Killer actually!!

Loved the dog's comments
Thanks! The little guy is gonna be famous before too long. :D

Very cool crunchy sounds, George! I haven't heard too many nice tones coming out of Marshall RR amps but these were very cool.

-Jaakko
Thanks Jaakko. The RR is pretty cool, alittle flubby in the lows just can't get myself to up the filtering yet.

Sounds great as usual Geo!! That Digidelay sounded pretty darn good.

rock on brother!
Thanks Kevin! I like that delay pedal, still lean towards my old DD3, but the Digi does some things the Boss doesnt. I just discovered the "ducking" delay in there.

Man, botht those amps sound killer! So how does that Distortion Factory compare to the real pedals?
Thanks Darren. Better in the room of course. The DF-7 is really close on the DOD250 and TS9 settings. The DS-1 setting sounds great. I never could get the real one to sound good though  . The Rat settings sounds just as terrible as does the Big Muff   I really like this pedal!

Nice. I like the Plexi myself. And your dog is going to go deaf.
Yeah he justs keeps sitting there squinting as I play. He's cool.

dude! the plexi just annilated ! i loved it when u hit the boost ( DOD 250 setting) and the tone did not change at all, which is why that pedal is hands down my favorite overdive boost on the planet, totally dig the octave vibe too.. Killer stuff George!

Thanks Anthony! This plexi has always sounded awesome. Its seen a TON of bar gigs. I've been toying with the DOD250 setting since I found out its so close to the Dist + circuit. The Dist + I have is more raspy and not as loud. I might have to break down and try a real 250 one of these days.

I just like listening to you noodle around no matter what you're playing through.

Thanks Steve. Nothing like some finger fumbling. :)

Thanks Paige!

Man those sound great!

Gotta say I'm diggin' the Plexi the most.

Are those 25 watt greenback reissues? What kind of pickups in the LP?

-Joe
Thanks Joe. The LP has all duncans. Jazz in the neck, Custom in the middle and JB in the bridge. The GB's are mid 90's RI's. They sound great in these cabs.

Thanks :) I'll get to the Wizards one of these days soon. They sound soooo good

I'm surprised you got the delay to sound that good infront of the amp.

LOVED the Plexi with the DC-2!!!!!!!

Your interior designer has a nice eye

Its the "ducking" part of the delay...while you are playing a bunch of stuff, it sorta hides. Then when you stop it comes more forward. I just found out it does that. :)

Yeah I love the DC-2....such a wall of sound with it and some echo. It gets used more than the CE-2.

Yeah do some vids of your Wizards George.

Your sound and playing are great, but I have to say the dog comments steal the show. I was LMAO watching... sorta forgot about listening to the tones.

Great video. Thanks for posting.

Thanks Phil. The RR needs some more playing time, still sounds too new. Its starting to settle in.

Thanks John! My first guitar teacher ordered the LP new and it ended up with a friend of mine. Eventually worked out a deal with him for it. I love that guitar. Its funny a guy walked in the store with that plexi I was working and said he heard I bought Marshalls. :) I didnt even plug it in and it turned out the best sounding one i've owned.

I was hoping people would like the captions. I've been wanting to learn how to do those. He was a good sport.

Yeah, very cool vids, George, esp. the Plexi.
Thanks Olaf :) It's a good one for sure. I did double the filtering on it, now just need to boost the bass a bit.

hmm...I had no idea the Digidelay had a ducking feature. I may have to try one myself!

I didnt either until I hooked it up to do these clips. I don't remember seeing anything on it in the manual. I normally use it thru the loop.

Impressed with how that digi 250 setting had zero effect on the core tone of the amp, real nice.

Thanks for running through all that George, learned a lot.

No problemo Scott. The Digi pedal has really surprised me. I've never been one that has thought of the high end pedal market. I was just looking for something i could throw on a small pedal board to take to jams. This pedal looked good on paper since i could use it as an od or distortion depending on what i got stuck with. Really happy with it so far. :)

Both sounded awesome! After hearing you play the 1959RR, it becomes very apparent to me that a huge part of Randy's tone was the Altecs. I could definantly hear his tone lurking in there, but much yours is better through the Celestions imho. Killer playing too. What pups are in your Paul?

Thanks! It is a cool amp, darker than I thought it would be. A friend has a set of the Altecs, but i have not tried them with it yet.

My LP has a Jazz in the neck, Custom in the middle and JB in the bridge. Sometimes I use the Custom in the bridge....its a great sounding guitar.
