Yeah it's with my iPhone, but fuck it.
I'm getting a two notes torpedo live, when my Bogner stack sells.
Not warmed up but hadn't really played my ibanez through the slax stack before, sounded good so wanted to capture it.
Boosted it with a Maxon od808 because the Dimarzio's sound cool with the Maxon.
Got some cool clean stuff going on at the end!

Man that amp sounds great!!
Tone is something on its own. Not really in the Mesa camp or the Marshall.
Groovy! :D

Hell yeah dude, it has amazing note seperation, for also being so full.
It totally responds different to all my axes and pickups, but everything has sounded badass through it. This amp really does have its own thing going on, but also very familiar when playing, the feel is there, but brutal

-that's bad ass!!

-I have a JJ, is the BUTTAH voiced similarly?

Thanks guys!!

I think I remember hearing bill kelliher saying he had a JJ before he made this sig amp with DF.
Dave said its voiced more brutal and more gain than the JJ. I just really like having 3 tweakable channels, and a love having a resonance control (I need thump), or I prob woulda scooped up a JJ.

Damn brother that amp sounds heavy as f***.... I want one! ;)

Thanks!

Let me bug you for one more question: Does this amp clean up with the guitar's volume knob as well as the JJ does?

No prob, never tried that, not my style. I'm usually balls to the wall and switch channels for changes.
I'll try it with my jb equipped super strat later and get back to you.

Sounds awesome! In one of your videos, it sounds really clean too. I thought it didn't have a clean channel - did you have the guitar volume rolled back?

Channel 1 can go from clean to ac/dc grunt or even heavier using the gain setting and the guitar's volume knob cleans up this channel to clean from ac/dc.

Channel 2 is like the JBE channel on the JJ100. Cleans up great with the guitar volume.

Channel 3 adds even more gain and a little different sonic character than channel 2. Once again, the volume knob works great.

A boost pedal in front of ch 3 is just sonic mayhem.

I'm not much of a volume pot user. It's always full on. I just have the gain at 1/4. Volumes up a bit, it doesn't get quiet with gain that low, which is cool. Then it can get rodded plexi tones once you get the gain up over noon. AWESOME!
