Fire and Ice album and I think it is the song Fire and Ice lol.... but he also played that riff back in the Alcatraz days so it could be that too. He ripped off a lot of his own Steeler and Alcatrazz riffs and licks for his later stuff..

Edit, i have a great memory see the 2:30 mark though the two last notes sound like the alcatrazz solo
