What do you have your HGS tuned to? I was thinkin of dropped B for the HGS horus, but I'm not sure what gauge of strings I would need for them to not be wet noodles.

Btw, if you come across one for sale let me know if you would, you seem to be in the loop with Caparison's.

I don't have it anymore. The Dellinger CA (Chris Amott signature model) was actually an HGS model as well. I tune all my guitars to B standard. Something like 12-56 would be fine for dropped B, or 13-58 or 60 if you like a little bit more tension. Which model are you looking for, a Horus HGS?

Yep, the oiled walnut version. I'm playing a MM model Ibanez right now but it's a 28 scale length I believe. I wanted to get something that could handle the tuning as well as having a trem and a "normal" scale length the Horus HGS looks like a perfect fit.

Well, I have twice the problem. Guitar gear on one side, recording gear on the other. :D 1.5 ago I was thinking about 4K setup for everything. Now one of my guitar rigs cost more than that :confused: .
 
The ampeg vh140c they say is killer tones...i really need the rg100ht if jugger would sell it....
 
nope.........and nope.

The Ampegs a Killer amp but just doesnt "feel" right to me.

The RG100HT is the only amp I've held onto. I've had it for 15 years..... :D It's not going ANYWHERE.
