Okay, more than a word might help.
The production is clear, the vocals more youthful than Brian has ever sounded, which is as welcome as it is perplexing, and the Marshall's are some of the best balls with clarity I've yet heard - the gain is backed off a hair and the speaker more bell-like than usual. A perfect balance.
A disc to inspire guitarists, and at 35mins, no fillers. I love it.

Brian & the guitars sounds great on Black Ice as well......

Planning to pick this up after Christmas. I hope the mix is better than black ice, which had too much treble, forcing me to dial it back compared to other music I listen to. I bet this will be their last ablum. To bad about Malcolm.

Shame Phil's out as well. Hard to go on a tour when you're about to be arraigned and probably put on trial for soliciting contract murder...

Angus's lead tone is as smoking' as ever. Haven't cared for their "cleaner" rhythm tone but it's still better than most bands a 3rd of their age!

edit: just read they dropped the murder solicitation charge but still going after him for threatening to kill.

You right ! Very good sound for this new AC/DC !

I think the guitars are kinda buried in the mix. Almost as if Angus is using a Line6 set to Plexi.

Otherwise the tunes do rock and the vocals are as fresh as they were on BIB!
