Didn't watch the videos yet but let me say a few things.

1. Alex was a huge influence on me as a kid and I didn't even play guitar (until my 40's).

2. There will be a bunch of die hard Les Paul fans that will hate this guitar (due to FR).

3. It doesn't bother me because I'm not a Gibson guy let alone a Les Paul guy - so it doesn't look weird to me

4. I'm not a super big fan of gold colored hardware. Chrome would look much better on this guitar IMO.

I was literally at the Gibson Distributor today in Canada, Yorkville sound.....for some training.
They must have received one of these as one of the tech's was checking it over. I didn't even realize what it was until I just saw this.

Very cool!

I have no interest at this point as I have a couple of Les Paul Axcess guitars already but it is great that they are continuing to make these!

at least it's an Epiphone, they have QC, can make it right so it stays in tune, unlike Gibson.

That Epi headstock kills it's appeal to me , and the fact it's an Epi and not a Gibby of course.
