Taylor Momsen a little trashy but that just means she doesn't use the words, no I don't want to do that???

The lunkhead even became a vegan for her. I mean maybe he weighed the exchange and came away thinking he had already had all his life to eat meat but this was his last chance to pull younger tail of this quality.
Can’t blame him.

She's a good trashy. They've got some good tunes too.

I like some Maria Brink trashy too..

Nevermore was probably my favorite band for the ten years leading up to Danes passing.
I feel like Loomis is kind of wasted in AE
Dead Heart In a Dead World, and Dreaming Neon Black were my favorites. I have them all though.

I discovered them when I saw Mercyful Fate in '99. I was instantly hooked. That's the last tour MF did for many years, (until recently, actually).

Even the hipsters who glommed onto them in the 2000’s couldn’t stop me from loving that band. They also got me tangentially into a lot of neofolk stuff back in the day through their cover of Kneel to the Cross.

A couple of those guys used to be somewhat regulars on the old Unholy Metal chatroom on AOL. They had another band they seemed more focused on originally called Sculptured that was more of a progressive thing (with some of the most pretentious sounding song titles I’ve ever seen). They always seemed like good dudes.

Yeah they were also in the soulseek (file sharing) +Black Metal+ chat room frequently, along with the dude from Watain, and the crazy Italian fucker from Mortuary Drape

I ended up doing session bass and guitar on some ridiculous black metal demos because of chatrooms in the late 90s early 2000s lol

they were why i went. I drove from detroit to cleveland to see them struggle through a 45 min live set. John was playing a line 6 pod through a carvin x-100b head, and he was having sound problems which he even mentioned to the crowd. It was still worth going for, as The Gathering headlined, and were great even thought i'd never really heard them before then. Agalloch were a much more honed live band when i saw them in 2016ish. One of my favorite bands. I spent a lot of depressed days wrapped in their warm musical blanket.

Those first couple agalloch records have some fantastic songwriting

Terrible guitar tone though ?

Even she won't eat meat, does that mean no BJ's?

I AGREE! That dude is almost 60 & she's 37. he did have some great tone when i saw him live though. Maybe that's what drew her in. :ROFLMAO:

now that i have hijacked this into an agalloch thread (oups), do you think a few of those solos on the "she painted fire" trilogy sound just sliiiiightly out of tune? idk if its me, or them.

Both out of tune, and out of time at parts as well

But the song suite is so cool it just doesn't matter lol

It's not just you

It’s funny how Alissa is a hardcore vegan but she’s going with one of the biggest meatheads in the business. Ever see Doyle’s rig rundown video from premier guitar? I seriously thought Doyle had brain damage or something. Guy must’ve had some 100 lb plates drop on his head while working out.
I actually joined the high school wrestling team as a joke but saw it threw ‘cuz I wanted to choke-slam the meatheads you speak of.
It was like “ Heavy Metal Heather’s”.
More pranks then pins!
I skateboarded 3 miles one way to practice twice a week..that shits hard to believe man!!!!

There are a lot female singers in the Power Metal band world that sound and look great.

Yeah the only thing women can bring to the table 99% of the time.

Just write tits on google to get off, million fucking results.

Tatiana from Jinjer…..I’d break my “no relationships ever again” rule for her.

Came here to say this. She’s married with children. My love for her is deep, sister from another mister for sure. Her interviews show her inner beauty which surpasses the outer. She’s funny too. A truly lovely and lovable gal in every way, real sweetheart, fantastic taste, down to earth, and as talented as any singer I’ve heard. I respect the shit out of that chick and her band is top notch too. Those guys are wangin’!
