When they say outside influencers that means the below groups .
Here are the names of some of the groups that get called in when democrats plan something big. The Sunrise Movement, Antifa, Black Lives Matter, Obama's OFA (Organizing for action) , Extinction Rebellion, Shutdown DC, and United for Peace and Justice. Those were the groups who went berserk and destroyed much of the country a few summers ago .
