Looks to be in very nice condition as well, I can only dream of somethng like that
 
Wow. I don't think it will move for anywhere near asking but thats an awesome piece.
 
I wonder how much they paid to get it before putting it on the blocks at $325K...

How can they advertise something like that and NOT give the backstory??? Yeah, the guitar is very nice, but MAN - I want to hear where it came from?? What's the story on how they discovered it, etc??

Kind of a boring story.

Basically, a bum stole it in 61 and kept it in his shopping cart for 53 years. He remembered he had it last month and sold it to them for $375.
 
yeah man...that's the shit we all dream of finding at some farmhouse yardsale....JEBUS!
 
That's pretty damn mint. An original 60 with all that red left and untarnished hardware will bring that much or close to it if they take it to the upcoming Arlington show. When a burst this clean surfaces, the big wallets come out of the woodwork.
