It never works out the way you think. People will leave NYC and bring their garbage with them, most likely. It's unfortunate.

yes, it happened here during covid. Most didn't stay, some did, and they've been trying to change this place ever since; unsuccessfully for the most part. If it gets bad, I'll move to a better area.
