Had a friend fellow new rig talk member over last night.
Guitarman67 .... very very good friend. Known for 32 years. Lost contact with him 1990?
Came into contact past few weeks it was awesome!
We jammed Diezel Herbert. PRS archon. Engl Fireball. Egnater Armageddon
Evh 5150 three stealth. All amps were killing it!
Just fun overall. Welcome guitarman67 to the crew!

I had a VH4 and the Archon at the same time. Did several A//B tests with the 2.
Was able to dial the Archon damn near spot on to the Diezel.
At least thru my setup. There were 4 other guys there that agreed
It’s a beast of an amp.

Just wanted to say it was a blast at mailman’s last Saturday night! Took home the Engl fireball and the Egnater Armageddon. I happen to have an Evh 2x12 cab and surprisingly the Engl sounded a little better than the Egnater. At Mailman’s though the Egnater sounded better through 2 4x12,cabs at some serious volume levels! Lol. Will have to spend some more time on them to tweak the settings.

Ya Scott everything is so darn picky. It’s all in everything signal chain.
Some amps just click better with cabs. Pedals.... etc.
they are both power houses.
