Amp spam. Mesa Boogie Mark IVa

this amp is such a good buy.i have one from a similar year. i had my amp looked at by a local amp dealer who knows his shit, and he noticed alot of the circuitry used was parts that arent available or used now, and they are quite highly sought after parts. it was on the pcb..i could get details if anyone wants to know, but he said that mesa and most amp makers in general dont use those parts anymore. he mentioned they sounded heaps better than current materials used. this would make this amp a way better mark IV buy than anything else available. someone is gonna get real lucky with this one.
 
Shit that is a great price seeing they are going for $1400 on ebay.
 
I am surprised the the logo is just Boogie on that amp, mine is from the same year and has the 'Mesa/Boogie' logo.

I am half tempted to pick this up to have a backup mark IV and run some EL34's in the outer slots....

That's a great price. I'm shocked some Petrucci fanboy hasn't bought it yet. The second some pics of Petrucci's rig got circulated a few months ago the IV's were selling like hot cakes. I like IV's but for me, the III is the winner.

This is a great price on a great amp from a super guy.

What more could you ask for
 
That's a great price. Your video reminded me why I sold mine though. I just don't get along with that voicing.
