It doesn't light up, unfortunately. It looks like the same version as mine, only better condition.
What are you amp and MT-2 settings? I've tried boosting with a MT-2 but couldn't get it to sound right. It does great with an HM-2 if you want that Entombed sound, but lately I just plug straight in with my rack EQ in the loop with scooped settings to thicken everything.
There needs to be more Ampeg VH140C clips and videos out there! For an amplifier so popular and highly wanted by metalheads, it doesn't really have much decent reference material online. I'm still getting the hang of this 003/PT8 system, but I'll get some clips on here when I feel comfortable with them.
