Very excited about this trip, could seal the deal on the final high gainer that I buy. I really want to ring Dave's CCV as well, wish it was the CCM though as I am not playing the amp merry go round buying and selling. I just want to buy the right one the first time.
 
I'm 50/50 on that date. I'll hope to rearrange the schedule. If i do go I CLAIM DIBS on bringing my 4x12. I want it to get a thorough beat down of volume from 100 watts of thick chewy balls. :D

Money is tight and I've been going back and forth over if I should get the VM modded. Most days I'm sure I would love the modded version but every now and then I think maybe I should just let the VM be and pick up another Strat or something. Going to something like this would answer that question. Thats quite a hull though and I'm scheduled to work that day. Hmmmmmmmmmm

The CCV is a goddamn monster... you are gonna LOVE playing it!

I'd really like to have a CCM sitting side by side to compare them through my own setup though... Last time I played a CCM I was... ahem... substantially impaired, shall we say...
