That is my biggest "problem" i guess you could say when I run my stereo rig, the UL and the herbert together. You have to be alittle careful, as the UL will dominate the herbert in the mix. The UL will dominate just about ANYTHING in the mix if you let it, let alone the herbert. I tend to run the volume on the UL alittle bit less sometimes to compensate for this. I also don't use the midcut at all. Mine is loaded with 4 kt88s, and 2 E34Ls, and quite frankly, I don't think it needs the midcut, atleast for me. The herbert does EXACTLY what I want it to with the UL, it is the ultimate setup for me....The 2 together are absolutely freakin mindblowing, the wall of sound you get at a gig is absolutely insane. My old bassist told me I completely I changed the sound of the band I am playing with now, when using this rig. Quite incredible. Been running it for months, and I have not gotten over the "honeymoon" phase or whatever you call it, and can't see myself getting over it anytime soon. I use the herbert as my "wet" amp, being fed a gmajor 2, while the UL is my dry amp, both being fed the ISP decimator rackmount.

I could see that, I didn't spend as much time with it as I could have, like I said GREAT amp, I'm just a VHT fanboy so the UL got alot more attention ;)

That KK Marshall killed! I expected the VHT to sound like it did but was surprised by the KK.

I had one for a while....and everyone said they sucked??

Oh well....I liked it and the video shows how kick ass they can get.

it was my second favorie amp there......

Kerry has actually played that amp, He borrowed it a few years ago for a Dime Tribute, and signed the top of it, I TRIED to "borrow" it, but I can't say I blame Martin for not wanting to let it out of the house.
