I spent a bunch of money trying to get my Cherry Bomb image and name trademarked and got rejected because of a Peavey harmonica mic design. Now how the hell are you going to confuse a harmonica mic and a guitar amp head? And what did any of that have to do with my completely unique image? Assholes...

I used Legal Zoom. If the govt rejects you though, you need an attorney...BrokenFusion":2yqgsowq said:sah5150":2yqgsowq said:I used my name because it was a sure bet I could get Henning Amplification trademarked for my company without much trouble and it would be easy to live with over time as my line evolves. Kind of off topic but did you use an attorney for trademark, or do it yourself? I am going through this now. I was considering Legal Zoom.

Had a "Fryette" Sig X earlier this year and couldn't get over how ugly the damn logo looked. You would think people would be a little more creative and artistic with their brand name and logo.

I saw some German artist who cut his Marshall logo so that it just said "arsh", which is almost identical to the German Arsch (ass).![]()
And I saw a picture taken in Metallica HQ where Kirk Hammett had one of his Randall logos cut to say "dull"![]()
