This guy is no lightweight with strong credentials.
Dr. Francis Boyle holds an AB in Political Science from the University of Chicago, a JD magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, AM and PhD degrees in Political Science from Harvard University, and is professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law.

Professor Boyle served on the Board of Directors of Amnesty International, as a consultant to the American Friends Service Committee, and on the Advisory Board for the Council for Responsible Genetics. He drafted the US Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the U.S. Congress.


Here's another great interview done in February 2020. He backs up all analysis with published, peer reviewed scientific papers.

Any ex military here from the 1st gulf war? I have numerous bros I work with telling me about the NBC training they recieved back then. They all talk about Saddam having biological agents from a lab in wuhan china. that was in the early 90's. not sure if it's related to the vid but thought I would post anyway. I'm kind of random like that.

This is only an except from his full interview which lasts about an hour if you want to look them up on YT. In the full interview he talked about that the US gave Sadaam all kinds of biological weapons hoping he would use them on Iran during the Iraq/Iran war, that was where he got them in the first place. He also stated the US either inadvertently or intentionally blew up that storage facility that had the bio agents in it, he said "that's not how you destroy bio agents" and he feels the resulting residue had alot to do with Gulf War Syndrome. I would imagine the burning oil wells didn't help either with air quality.

A good friend of mine served in FAST company in the marines during the first Gulf war, they secured all the air force bases and were all back in the states when the bombing started.
 
Different angle: Apparently oil companies have some sort of protection against "acts of God" and as such are trying to classify COVID19 as an "act of God".
