At the end of the day, and it's been said 100,000 times already, there is a legal process that many thousands of people pay for and go through and the process does work then why can't other people do the same. If they don't, they've cheated and jumped the queue and it's not fair to the people who have done it in accordance with US law. As you're aware...even legal Mexicans are not happy or supportive of their Mexican brothers who enter illegally.
As a reminder...you're ONLY under US law and its due processes if you enter legally and at the entry point you (AND the DHS) legally BOTH agree that you enter and be dealt with under US law should the need arise.
If you don't enter legally there's no legal binding agreement recorded for you to be dealt with under US law once you're in the country. The act of no binding legal agreement alone is what gets you deported.
