Interesting what they'll come up with as reasons for funding every time they hit congress for it. If you've followed this historically, you'll know what I mean - mostly pie-in-the-sky shenanigans.

I want to let you know I read ALL your posts & the reason I don't respond is I literally can't understand them.

It's rude to second guess anyone so I don't. You weren't always this way so why the games.

It's incumbent upon you to tailor your communication style to your audience & not the other way round.

A change would be welcomed.
