That sounds wicked! Pretty much nailed it. Mine comes tomorrow and the wait is killing me.

GAS and cabin fever are a lethal combo. :D
You’ll never get that a Mesa to sound like a Marshall

Don’t want it to. My Monomyth has that covered and then some. I want scooped, low mid, growling, gained out, palm muted, chugging from fucking Hell. I want this... https://youtu.be/8H0GDCDnZs8

Exactly..... ironically I want to add a Mark V to my amp collection. There isn't a lot of other amps other than some of vintage stuff I have much interest in.

The completionist in me would love to own a lot of Boogie history in addition to what I have but I can’t justify the expense when with a T-verb, Quad, Stiletto and a 90 watt V, I’m really covering almost all the tones. Definitely have a hankering for a MKiib head and a LoneStar Special head. I can’t believe I’ve become such a Boogie fan when I grew up diehard Marshall and didn’t like recto’s at all...lol
I would say my main hunt now though is for a Fender brown era amp for the right price or someone’s new take on a brown that sounds great.

Funny how taste changes over time. Would love a few Fender brown.

My first Mesa was a IIB hundred watt....I picked up new about 81-82.
