Another Jose vid.

I don't think he played on the highest gain setting in this video. His first video had an example of the high gain tone.

The begining was "Plexi mode" aka no Jose mods.

Sounded comparable to a reissue, but it was a phone clip so hard to say. Bodes well for my interests though.

I think it sounds huge and doesn’t sound like a Splawn at all.

I sold my Bogner 101B with the hopes of grabbing one. I’m not on the list though.

I wanted Blake’s old rev green but it sold within hours of posting and I missed out on it.

Definitely not a "metal" amp...but sounds really good. Great grindy character those mids, but still plenty thick. Do like.

Yeah, I'd love to try this amp. Maybe someday in maybe 5 years I'll be lucky to find one on the used market.

who would you like to see demo the amp?

i bet doug r. and blake m. would do it justice🍻
Yes. I want to see Doug R. demo it and play some actual music. Mike Nielsen's demos in general are always pretty good too. All these Drop C- angry bee how fast can I pick demos of (insert amp brand here) chugging one chord are worthless. None of those tell you anything about what an amp is capable of. Without singling out any one person I'll say there's some absolute garbage floating around here when it comes to "demo clips" of amps. Sorry Braddah fo da rant, you would think some buggah wen steal my last malasada hahahaha

nnnahhh..rant on point my braddah.
32nd note chugalugga oink oink pinch harmonic *demos* on $4k+ amps…times a wall of such amps,
= pass.

in a minute or less, hold a 6 note chord and let it ring out and decay, then play same chord stacking one note at a time, play associated mid tempo riffs and melodies in different parts of the neck, add vibrato and sustain chords/triads on different strings to see if the amp sings and has string to string clarity…then chug if you like!
