Another Mezzabarba Skill 30 New clip.

I’ve been curious about this amp for a little while. Picked this up today from another RT’er. I recorded this clip within 10 minutes of plugging in for the first time. I’ve played around with it quite a bit today and now use different settings than the ones I used here. The overdrive channel reminds me of a mix of the the red channel of my EL34 EVH 50 and channel 3 of my old Hermansson modded Laney PA. Gain at 9 or 10 o’clock on the overdrive channel is a lot and the most I’d ever use.
The size is perfect. Loud as fuck and looks and feels like pure quality.
I’ll do a better video tomorrow. No boosts used. Low output PAF type pickup.

I really like this amp even over your Hermasson and Ceriatone clips. This amp is much more organically pleasing sounding... not harsh but still very visceral souding with a ceratin amount of rawness and aggression, crunchy not too smooth or overcompressed.

The Hermansson was cool but could be a bit sterile not very organic, don't get me wrong the Hermanson is a chugging metal machine just not my style.

Same boost pedal. First time I boost the Drive channel. Second time I boost the Overdrive channel. The Bion boost is my absolute favorite boost ever.

The Bion sounded great on both channels. You can definitely hear difference between channels which is great, to the point that I thought it was two different boost pedals.
