Another sad day

Another legend gone, Cliff Burton's father Ray has passed away. Forgive me if this was mentioned already. He will be missed. My wife and I knew him and she was friends with Cliff and they went to high school together. God bless them both

R.I.P. Ray seemed like the coolest Dad ever. My favorite thing I've ever seen/heard was when he was at the Metallica 30th Anniversary event they did and he was telling the story about Cliff and James getting pulled over by the cops:

I just saw him at a show last year at the Fillmore, SF....I hope there is metal shows worth going to when I'm his age. Ray was beyond cool.
