Any Budda guys? SD30 vs. SD18??

Is the 30 the way to go? Or is the 18? For about $300 difference, I assume get the 18...

Both are great, the 30 is one of the loudest 30w amps I've ever heard. For my money $300 isn't too much to pay if you want the extra power.

I've played both back to back and preferred the 18. It was a little darker and more modern sounding while the 30 was brighter. Both sounded great and are LOUD! Both the one's I played where 112 combos and had enough head room and power to work un-miced in a band setting.

30 watts are every bit loud enough for a band. I'd go 30.

I didn't like the 18. Didn't have enough headroom for my taste. I go 30 or 45.

Had both my vote is the 30 sounder bigger and had more headroom and punch
