+1 I wanna hear it too,I'd like to hear it with 18 volts
running thru it,that's a cool idea to have it run on 9 and
18 volts.extra kick in the seat.

Perhaps you've seen this. I own one and it's a cool little unit. For the longest time I thought it was too fizzy to use, but then I opened it up and found a battery in it, as I bought it used and assumed there wouldn't be any batteries in it. It's really transparent if you want it to be.

What are you trying to achieve? Clean boost? Lead mid boost?

the battery made it fizzy?

Yeah, I was using a supply cable and was a fool to assume that there wasn't anything in it as well. :aww:

It sounds like crap with a battery and power supply at the same time, just in case anybody thought it might be cool.

I like it for making leads a little smoother without changing the tone character of the Chimera too much. It works really well with lots of setting control. There are mods posted on the site too, which is cool.

I dont have a clip but the DD is my favorite OD. Its soo versatile. It does high gain awesome. I always used it as a boost. few years back I was playing a show with my old metal band. When I got to the gig, my 2ch recto wouldnt switch from the clean ch. So I dialed up a high gain tone with the DD into my recto clean ch. It was very close to what I had on the Red ch of the amp. I got thru the show with no probems. Even got a few complements at the end of the night. Very cool. This is one pedal ill never get rid of.

cool

thanks for the video. I have watched a few in shootouts with similiar priced pedals, ocd and crunch box, and I preffered the DD in those demos. Seems like a nice pedal for the price.

I would be using it going into the clean channel, for light gain to more gain.

Are you still using the MTS stuff? I couldnt plug into my RM100 without my Barber DD.
