Any recommendations for ADA-MP-1 preamp repair?

Hey guys,
Reaching out to see if anyone has a line on getting my MP-1 fixed. Extremely low volume using front jack, led lights to the left of front input jack don't seem to work,,,it's been modded by the previous owner to take an extra preamp/gain stage. Need it looked over and issues assessed. Can ship wherever needed,,, these things are fairly light.
Any help is appreciated.

He's located in Belgium, but he's your best bet for getting your ADA Fixed as Far as I know.

If you're handy with a solder iron, you may want to post on the ADA Depot Forum and see if anyone has suggestions on how to fix it.
