A refinished 62 with some personal touch and an all original 56.
Love them strats!!!

That's very interesting, never seen a Strat with a reversed bridge pickup. How does it sound compared to non-reversed? Tighter low strings and softer high strings?

It should sound a bit spankier than with regular angled bridge pickup.
That's how Hendrix strings were set in relation to the bridge pickup angle. And if you listen to songs like "Are you experienced", you'll notice a very bright and sharp sounding strat playing the rhythm parts. That's the tone I was after.
I cannot tell you if it is for the guitar itself, the angle of the bridge PU, the electronics, the PUs, or a combination of all of them, but I've got one of the sounds I was looking for with this strat.

I bought a Robert Cray signature Strat a few years ago because "everyone needs at least one Strat". I hate it. Les Paul's and RG's for me :)

I have three proper Strats. I love them. I have a late 80's Standard, a MIM thing which works well and the CS Gilmour Relic.

My polished turd of a Squier knockoff. My first electric, and the only one i've ever had for 21 years. I wouldn't play or own any other.

I have another American Deluxe with a similar pickup setup. What do those switches do?

That looks really nice.

The three switches give me series, parallel, and single coil modes on all three pickups.
