Any Suhr folks know?

Will they do the modern elliptical neck on a Standard with 22 frets?

It seems Guitar Asylum has one, but I didn't think that was available.

Anyone know for sure?

Yes you can its a 50$ upgrade though.

Since when? They have always told me they wouldn't do the elliptical on a non-modern guitar. I have had that conversion with them many times. It never made sense that they would copy other neck shapes, but not their own. Unless, they changed their policy.

They must like you guys more. I've been to the shop several times and asked about it with John, Steve, Ed, Mike and Neil. I was told no every time. Either they changed their policy or I need a new deodorant. So, then I decided to ask for a 22 fret Modern if I couldn't get the Modern neck on a Standard. No luck there either. But I'm sure one's gonna turn up here soon. I have purchased 16 Suhrs over the last year or so, I guess I need a new rep.

Does anyone know if they would do a 24 fret Telecaster model...?

I asked is they would do a d tuna and tremo no and do a small route for the d tuna so the floyd would be recessed. They said no to that then a few months later I see someone post one with the exact same set up that they did. Probably depends on if you actually put down money and order one thru a dealer. They are very very good with customer service and an excellent company but maybe they need to make sure its a serious order before going down that road who knows
