Hello gents, just received a Electro Harmonix Eddy pedal and I'm wondering if it's damaged (seller did pack it very loose so it was banging around with power supply). Can any users tell me if it's natural for the pedal to have a slight distortion when hitting notes. My tone is perfectly clean when it's bypassed and when it's engaged, every note I hit has a slight distortion/fuzz too it. I absolutely love the vibrato and chorus on this pedal but totally let down by the distortion. Hoping this is just a broken one.
If the pedal is none for the distortion, is there any other vibrato/chorus pedals that have this same syrupy vibe?
