I'm a fan; it's fun, you use one of your own guitars, and the play style makes it easy to learn songs. I learned Domination off of that game; they've got some cool DLC; Pantera and Maiden and a few others. Amazon is running a deal right now where you get Rocksmith 2014 with the cable you need for $49. IMO 2014 is way better than the original.

+1, a fun game that makes it easy to learn songs. I got it for my kids, but I enjoy playing it too.

I bought this for the kids but they don't want anything to do with it I played it a bunch but the latency was driving me nuts but overall I had a fun time
