Anybody won a dispute when UPS denies a Claim, any tips?

I really hate this crap. :doh:

Hasn't happened to me yet-hopefully it remains that way (*knock on wood*).

Good luck with the claim. From what it sounds like, you shouldn't have an issue.
 
Everything said here is true. UPS undoubtedly has the WORST customer service of any company Ive ever used.
Ive had them ruin several high dollar items.
Yes, they always deny claims right off the bat 100% of the time.

I have a claim right now for a vintage Fender Vibrolux that they have dragged on for 3 months! I filed the claim in September.
I've probably logged in about 15 hours of phone time with them.
They will pay for the damages, one way or the other.
I have dealt with every branch of their company.
I'm in contact with the corporate offices for Mail Box Etc. at this point.
Never had a claim drag out this long honestly. Ive been dealing with some real shitty people.

Theyve lied to me on several accounts, Made contradicting statements and they NEVER call back when they say they will and generally dick you around for as long as possible to see if you'll give up. Just dont give up.
Everything thats happened has been documented and forwarded on to my attorney in case it gets any uglier.
Whats really fucked though is that the claim is approved. Has been for over a month. Still no check though. Theyve told me on 4 different occasions that the check would take 10 days to get to their offices. Still nothing...

FedEx was pretty terrible when I needed to submit a claim to them. Took easily 6 weeks after they refused to pay out.

That sucks

I have only files two claims with FedEx and both times I was paid within a couple of weeks. The one UPS claim I filed was denied (of course), and I had to get my corporate UPS rep involved to get paid.
 
Holy crap I can not believe what a POS UPS is!!?? Totally ruin a cabinet like this just really sucks.

Tim, I thank you so much dude for all that you've done to try and get this resolved.
