Anyone A/B compare a Fulltone FDII vs a Keeley modded SD1?

I read on one of the other forums that they are virtually indistinguishable from each other, which I find hard to believe. But I am a bit concerned cause I will soon own both! I always liked the SD1, but hated the loss of bass when engaged, which is why I ordered the Keeley stack mod.

It's been a bit but the fulldrive is more transparent sounding and has less gain than the Keeley SD-1. I think the Fulldrive and TS type pedals sound better with Fender amps and SD-1 sound better with Marshalls.

Thanks for the dose of reality, that's kinda what I thought and it is also in line with my own personal experience (pre-modded SD1 of course).

I have only used both with Marshalls, but I liked the Keeley much better. I like Fulltone OCD's a lot though

Just got the Keely SD1 today, definitely digging it. It sounds absolutely nothing like a FDII, I am not sure why that was said somewhere else! They are two completely different animals. The SD1 was always a favorite of mine but the loss of bass and the noise forced me to put it away for a while. Both issues and then some are dealt with via the Keeley mod so now it's back between my guitar and amp!

It makes an exeptional solo boost in front of my 2 channel dual rectifier.
