I saw these mentioned over on the Huge Racks site the
other day- I guess they're only available thru the custom
shop....I'm just wondering if anybody has tried one to see
what they really sound like....

Does'nt it stand for Equally voiced harmonics. I believe I read about it at Mtero amps or David Brays sight.

Yeah,I saw that too,but they mentioned that Seymour was
doing it in a legal way to avoid any problems he might get
from Eddie's camp....who knows.......

I love this pickup. It has all the growl of the JB but with more definiton and clarity(in the right guitar). I use one in one of my GMW EVH Frankenstrats and it is insane. I have one in stock if you decide you want one and want to avoid the wait from Duncans custom shop  ...........John

I like the EVH alot. It sounded great through my guitars and the PeaceMaker. Personally, I did not find it to be noisy at all...

I really like the Duncan EVH. I'm also a Seymour Duncan dealer and have a couple of them in stock, trembucker and standard spacing, black or zebra.

I was checking out the Seymour Duncan sight and noticed they have a Warren De Martini pickup. Has anybody tried one of these?

Haven't tried the EVH, but I have a custom shop "78 Model" that I will be installing soon.

That's the same exact pickup. They have gone away from calling it the EVH and are now calling it the '78
