Anyone else tried the new TC Mimiq with two amps

This thing is mind boggling or something is wrong with mine.

Pre-ordered and received it yesterday. Took it to the rehearsal space early this morning to give it a try.
Ran the mono input and mono output through my 5150 III effects loop to a a Mesa 4x12 and ran the stereo out directly to the effects loop return of my Egnater Renegade to a Marshall Greenback 4x12.
Thought it wasn't working for a while since I was getting no signal through the Egnater. Then I finally almost dimed the Egnater and got the stereo signal through the Marshall hitting the same volume level as the EVH which was set pretty low at that point.

The crazy part is with the volume on the Egnator set at that position...the volume of both amps was now controlled by the 5150....from no signal to cranked. They stayed at parity by only adjusting the EVH.

The Mimiq didn't even go straight to the 5150 return....it went back to a midi loop switcher and then through a delay pedal before returning.

How did they pull that off? Was sure i would have to set the two amp volumes seperatley....crazy. Don't think I'm using it incorrectly because it's such a simple pedal.

Anyone else get one yet and try it out?

BTW....sounds really cool. Thickens up the sound...does somewhat sound like two guitars or more. Seems to eat a little signal and generate a little mudiness so the jury is still out til I mess with it some more.
Anyone got any ideas how they got it to work like that?
