Anyone into Western/Spaghetti music?

The song was about a character “DeadHand” that I’ve had floating around for a while. It started as a name for one of my guitars and also a play on “slowhand”.

It just happens to be a cool cowboy name too

I get jelis every time I see this beauty. That bridge and stop tailpiece is like calgon bath salts, taking me away. I'm guessing your intonation is spot on.

My intonation is as in tune as my vibrato lol

That guitar is a cannon though. Any pickups I put in it just scream. I think it’s the maple neck to be honest

The Playing is boring but this is a quick vid I put together for a dude on another forum shopping pickups

All pickups between the guitars are 7-8k but the LP is just so thiccc

Has a little more clarity than my LP copy I'm guessing cause of the maple. Those thick mahogany bodies really have a massive punch to them. It's like playing a small boutique end table, lol. Sounds badass Daniel!

Love that guitar, but why is there a big red dildo right behind you?

You’re slightly out of tune bro. 😁

Fucking love spaghetti western. Literally going to go pickup a baritone later today to try some new stuff out for it.

I wrote this years ago when I first tried amp sims and wanted to see if I could make some heavy western sounds. Hadn't played anything but my accoustic in years since I was living in a tiny apartment and had never heard of attenuators.

I found this song I did a little while back. It was one of my first times recording on a daw so it’s a hot mess, but I think if I took the time to redo it, it could be super cool. I didn’t even have a reverb plug in yet lol

Any other fans of the genre?

I much prefer Eastern/ Lasagna style myself. But the soundtrack to The good The bad and The ugly is awesome!
