Does it switch on the high gain side to a true clean ?
I have a helios 100 , and my only complaint is the clean on the high output is not so clean.
On the low output the clean is excellent.

From what I've read, it's got a simple clean channel that's just a volume and a 3-position bright switch. Then there are 2 gain channels that share an EQ, but have individual 3-way voicing switches, individual gain, and individual volume. So, basically a 3 channel amp, with clean (channel 1), 70s hot (on both gain channels), 80s hot (on both gain channels), eclipse mode (on channel 2 only), and eclipse+ mode (on channel 3 only). It's supposed to address the issue you mentioned (no real clean on hot input) and those who wanted a little more gain on the hot side.
I just want to hear some clips of it. I seriously doubt there'll be one around here for me to personally demo. I've still only heard the Wildwood clip and I really didn't get a great feel for what it actually sounds like from that. (Others may have, so YMMV).
I don't care about channel switching, so I'm happy with the layout of the original Helios. However, I did think it could use some more gain, but that's what pedals are for. If the Eclipse sounds as good as the Helios, then I'll be interested, as long as it can still do all of the sounds the original excels at. If not, or if it's too much additional gain, then I'll probably just get the original Helios.

I'm sure as soon as they start surfacing, There will be some original Helios for cheap.

Someone on one of the forums just got theirs so apparently they are shipping. Looking forward to hearing more! Some of the clips that I have heard sound great! Bogner makes nice amps!

On their website, Bogner says that the difference in preamps "makes them essentially two different amplifiers, each with it's own purpose and valid applications." I'm wondering if this is along the lines of the Uberschall and the Twin Jet. Owning an Uber has not decreased my desire to own a Twin Jet, too. If the Helios and the Eclipse are like that, similar but really different... my wallet's in trouble...

No idea where they're currently available, but the street price is $3200.

A handful went out to dealers that pre-ordered. That's how I got mine last week.
There was a delay in the first batch going out b/c Reinhold was doing QC himself and double-checking against the prototype & first regular build.
I think many people forget Bogner is a SMALL shop with a handful of folks doing the builds in-house. When I was there in May mine was one of the amps on the bench being stuffed.
