I am curious about this guitar. A friend of mine told me they play great and sound pretty good and for the price it can not be beat. Problem is he lives in another state so I cant really try it. Found a good deal on craigsist, a guy has one in great condition and his asking price is 450. it has been up on CL for around a month, so maybe he will go lower? Who has played or owned one of these??What do you think, what is a good price for a used one in great shape?

I have owned a few of these guitars and they are fantastic for the money. I would offer him $400 for it. I say go for it if you like the fast necks and diMarzio pick ups.

thanks for replying bro!

gotta watch as all the ones Ive seen in our GC all had the cheese grater frets sticking out of the side of the board. They tried to fix them in house but. LOL

I looked at and played one in that same color a couple of times at my local GC, but let it slip by. I found it to be overall a pretty nice guitar, larger than normal frets (perfect) and to have a slightly rounded neck profile (perfect) Loved the neck pickup and the bridge was ok (would prob swap) but def a good guitar for the money. I would agree with the 400 offer. Prob shoulda bought it

I bought one off of mystixboi and had Luxxtone guitars put in a MCP Hot Head in the bridge and do a full set-up, and holy smokes, you'd easily think it was a $1500 guitar with the way it plays and sounds now. Lots of potential bang for the buck with these axes.

fantastic for the money, huh? that's cool man, thanks! what did you thnk about the stock pups? its an air Norton in the nck I think, and thee bridge is a d-activator? whats that like compared to the air Norton? a good match? I thought the d-activator was an uber high output pup.

Buddy of mine bought one. The headstock started peeling off on it. He sent it in for warranty repair and they sent him back a replacement guitar. I think they're cool.

I have one, it's a great guitar for the money. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the Edge Zero trem, the notch at the zero point feels weird to me. They only sold for $399 new, I'm not sure $450 is a great price used.
