I was feeling nostalgic earlier. Pizza Hut ran a program in the 80's/early 90's where if you read a certain amount of hours, and your parents signed off on it..you would get a certificate for a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut. I would guess 95% of kids did not read anything and just forged a name. In any case, I got nostalgic and decided to use some 5 day old cold fermented dough and make my own personal pan pizza.

After prepping the cast iron, I used thin sliced Boars Head Mozz, and some leftover San Marzano tomatoes that I added oregano, a little salt and pepper to. Oven at 550 f, put it on the top rack for 10 min, bottom rack for 4 more min. Let it sit out and the bottom crust cooks in the pan as it cools.

Looks great man. Way ahead of me  I've seen your pizzas before.

I remember this book program well and I also worked at Pizza Hut in High School. It was THE job to have in my town. And for lots of reasons. A free personal pan pizza every shift was one of them. But at close, the manager and I and some coworkers would help ourselves to beer and pizza and sandwiches and pasta and the jukebox. Good times.

Did you guys have the TMNT arcade or the NeoGeo systems?

No but we did have Super Mario Bros and my boss knew how to get free games so that was our jam after work. We finally cleared all levels at one point.

Was it the flat top SMB cabinet?
Negative. OG stand up. Slide the plexiglass up with 10 fingers about 2 inches. Pull glass out enough to get arm down in there. Reach down to where the Quarter depresses lever and hit that lever with your thumb for as many credits as you want to play.
