Is it like a JB or which is it comparible to?

I just put an SSH+ in my S1 and so far I'm pretty happy. I play a lot of 80s rock & hair metal and it seem to work great for that. It splits fairly well but no 17k PU is going to split and sound like a single. I have Aldriches in my LP and other that trying to find the caps that suit me, they are absolutely the best Pups I've used.
