Anyone using 4 different speakers in the same 4x12?

I was thinking of using 4 different speakers in the same 4x12 cab for recording purposes. Could be cool. Mine is an Egnater Arageddon with 2 T75's and 2 K100's. Someday down the road, I'd like to put a V30 in there, since I love them. So, I'd have a T75, a K100, a V30 and a 4th speaker. What you ya'll suggest for a 4th speaker? Greenback? EV? Something else? Any potential problems I should factor in before getting a couple more speakers? I play hard rock and old school metal, but I also love beautiful clean tones.

OR... I could sell the 4x12 (which is in mint condition) and use that money to get a reactive load and use IR's. Do you think that makes more sense?

Your advice would be appreciated!

A good load with some quality IR's is no doubt a great solution, but there's a lot of fun (and tones) to be had with a versatile 412. We have several loaded with four different options for recording and it works beautifully.

In your case a greenback of some flavour makes sense. For classic rock tones a G12M reissue or the EVH is a good choice, or if you prefer brighter tones you could consider an H-magnet like the Creamback H75.
