Title says it all . I was thinking about picking one up and need some input on them .

I use one after my bogner ubershall and marshall guvnor pedals with fantastic results..plus you have presets.Dont go crazy with it,, you dont have to tweak it very far to get results..at least for me anyways..My fav eq though is still the rockman eq..completly perfect bands..too bad it isnt programmable..

yeah I have one on a loop only pedalboard. Its awesome! 4 presets which require some timing to cycle through so I just set it to whichever preset I want btwn songs and just toggle on/off.

So is it "4-presets" with the ability to footswitch back and forth between 2 of them?

Not sure about switching between 2 presets(but i may have not of read that far),but you can get to all 4 presets via midi for sure.I used one in the loop of my friedman jcm 800 for a solo boost and just a bit of tone tweak. With midi, you can bypass the whole shebang if you like.Pretty nice. Dont know why they settled on a measly 4 presets though.

no. you can save 4 presets. By holding down the button it will cycle through them 1,2,3,4, when you let off your foot it will stop cycling which is why I mentioned it is difficult to get the timing right. Between songs I cycle select the one I want for the next song and just toggle on/off during the song. Hope this helps.
