Are these stands bad for your guitars neck?

Im just thinking this would be a bad idea, but maybe its not a problem to use these kind of stands or wall mounted guitar holders at all. I had a friend tell me that if you flip the guitar backwards then its not bad for the guitars neck, but once again lets hear what you guys have to say on this... I trust guys who might have had experiences with these kind of stands already.

I have mine hanging in Hercules wallhangers all the time, more or less, with no issues.

get a real guitar stand, especially if your gigging, Ultra Case, there spendy, but there is about $5000.00 worth of guitars sitting in it,

All music stores have guitars hanging on wall hangers, this stand is really no different.
I have 2 of them and they work great.

50's on the gold sparkle and 60's on the honey burst and ebony they all play killer

I am not a fan of stands that hang the guitar by its neck, especially being a strat player. My strats often don't sit right in those type of stands. They are probably fine for the neck, but I don't care for them. A Les Paul sits better in them, but its not like you can change the neck no a LP if something goes wrong.

I was going to say the same thing. Whether its the $200 Squire or the $10,000 Vintage guitar...it is hanging on the wall with the "Do Not Touch" sign.

In fact, I have a whole bunch of guitars hanging on String Swing slat wall hangers ....about 10 of them. Look like this...

You can use different types of hangers. I also use a G&G Fender case stand for 3 guitars. Sort of like the Ultracase.
