Artist signature gear that lives up to the hype

I have say for me that EVH signature gear whether Peavey and Fender the amps definitely delivers the goods and not just a cheesy endorsement.

The guitars as well. Original EVH Musicman(now the Axis), Peavey & EVH Wolfgangs!

All of them are very good! Eddie doesn't put his name on shitty stuff!

And the Jemini pedal.

I waited months to get it.only person in my area to get one.only one my local store ever got.

I don't know if they live up to the hype, if there ever was any to begin with, but they do a more than adequate job for me. I love the look, feel, and sounds of my sig stuff!

I really dislike the whole signature model thing.... It makes me avoid the gear completely. When using the gear I certainly do not sound like the endorser ?

I watched a video n they said EVH is a brand that's why fender is not on it. It's made for everyone. Which is awesome cuz it truly is a great metal amp. The guitars are awesome as well.

The Fender Marcus Miller Jazz Bass kills too.

I think there's a lot of great signature gear but other than a Les Paul (which I don't really consider sig gear) I wouldn't want to play it on stage, though I'm thinking mostly guitars in that sense. Whenever I see someone with a petrucci sig or wolfgang etc. I instantly think dream theater or evh fanboi. Granted most non-guitar players probably wouldn't even realize that so it's mostly me but it is what it is.
