No such thing as hate speech in the Constitution. Defining hate speech and making it a crime violates the 1A.

You can indulge in your delusion all you want; that's your right. However, that ends when you demand/expect others to accept and become part of your delusion and fantasy. You can ask me to use your pronouns; I can choose if I do or not. That's 1A.

IIRC, this nonsense was being codified into law in Canada which made Jordan Peterson famous because he refused to submit his free speech and thought to delusion and fantasy of others.
