And lets get one thing clear... the issue here isn't conservatives can't be scumbags. Conservatives hold just as much of a share on that as any other group. The issue here is you trying to attribute conservatism to an entire people or profession. It's along the same lines as trying to claim all construction workers have a low IQ or all history professors can't do math. 1. You assume your statement is true. "Trust me bro I know." You don't know crap. There's more than enough examples in this thread and within OTC of people blasting scumbag conservatives. Whether it be a pedophile, a war monger, or general idiocy they'll get called out with no regard to a political party. Most here don't give two shits what political leanings you have when it comes to being a fuckhead. No one's making excuses just because someone's a conservative. And highlighting fuckheads who happen to be liberal does not equate to claiming all conservatives are righteous or all liberals are deviants.
2. You're also making the assumption that everyone here is a full on conservative. We have a couple of constitutionalists who only look at what the constitution says with not much regard to conservatism. There's a number of gen-Xers; including myself, with no party affiliation who adopt a live and let live outlook, aka do what you want, just don't force it on others. So don't go spouting off like you know everyone's political leanings.
