Not the motto

I didn't get real into the franchise until I was a little older. I played the NES version a lot when I was younger, but once the Sega came out in the early 90s it's all I had for a while.
Then in the early 2000s when I was in college I got a gamecube and it was all downhill from there lol. I don't get to play much anymore but I can still enjoy youtube videos before bed. Breath of the Wild was released a couple months before my first daughter was born, so I played the crap out of it until she popped out, then I didn't really touch anything until just recently when Tears of the Kingdom was released. I played that nonstop until I finished the story line and now it's gathering dust again.

you may be one of the few here that appreciates my headphone holder lol

How sweet is that? The entire setup but yeah the headphone holder as well. I need to hit up Tears of the Kingdom but life has been busy and money has been tight w the arrival of my second little girl. Again, sweet setup!!

Right on man, congrats! I have two girls as well.
Tears was a very long game. It did feel a little redundant after Breath of the Wild but still great. Incredibly satisfying ending.

Good to hear! Taking a break between the games is probably for the best then in this case.

Glad to see you guys were able to entertain yourselves over the weekend

I’m very curious what the next story line will be. Without any spoilers, totk was left fairly open ended for the future of the series.

My hope is they keep making “classic” 2d games and then branch out a bit with their flagship titles.

Thank you for not spoiling anything, I appreciate that. Lol
