Yes
I haven't used my tube amps in a LOOOONNNGGG time...

I used to have an eleven rack, I used studio monitors/headphones but I never boosted it(externally). Personally, the tones that I've heard from the THR10x don't sound much better than the 11r without it's PEQ. I've only seen youtube vids though so who knows... You need to do a bunch of EQing to get the eleven to sound right, especially for heavy stuff. Lower gain tones were a little easier to obtain, for me. Maybe you can boost your THR10x(I bet that you've tried that already) and EQ the fizziness out? Cutting at around 5k? or even a LPF starting at 5k?

What kind of settings were you using? I could get it to sound good relative to other non fractal/kemper modelers, but I couldn't get it to sound or feel anything close to my triple rec or my Pittbull.

I'm using Singtall's presets.
I absolutely LOVE that thing. I've never compared it to an Kemper or an Axe FX, but I've had an assload of Marshalls and Marshall-inspired amps and this thing nails the feel and tones. It's like anything else, you have to spend time with it and learn it but it's a great tool.

I've posted clips on here if you want to check out what it can do. They're all Singtall's patches I just find one that fits the song and maybe toggle a boost sim for certain things. But I don't touch the EQ or that stuff... Makes life easier for me :)

I know i am asking a lot but i would love to get the 11 to sound like a friedman BE 100 at low volumes?
or at least a real high gain marshall ;)

I had one for a few years and while it sounded great it didn't have many of the options I was wanting, mostly amp models, and the complete lack of support from AVID pushed me to sell it. Don't miss it for a second, IMO there's tons of modelers out there that can do what the 11R does but nothing the 11R can do that others can't. Now I use Jamup and Bias and use them most of the time. If I were to buy a hardware modeler it would most likely be the Kemper but I'm happy for now.

Still on the fence about spending $300 on something i can demo first.
I bought the THR10X based on clips and even though it is pretty good i would not say i am %100 happy.
So still looking for that perfect at home practice rig that wont cost me thousands of dollars.
