There's one of these for a seemingly reasonable price, it needs some TLC of course. Anyone know anything about this guitar, or its value? I can't find one quite like it anywhere. 24 fret, bolt on, with a single pickup that is horizintal on the body. Says Made In USA on the headstock, but factory neck plate is missing. Has a licensed Floyd Rose bridge. Definitely seen better days, but I'm not afraid of a little work to get it back to good working order.

And the plot thickens:

Looks like this guitar should be using ferrules, and this neck is definitely not the original since the holes don't line up. Someone filled the ferrule holes with dowels, then drilled the body to fit the neck. Why they would not just drill new holes in the neck blows my mind.

This looks like a class axe era, but all the gunslingers I've seen or had , had a le board with an inverted headstock. To me it's about a $300 guitar. Especially not knowing any history on it.

Weren't Gunsligners all 22 fret?

All of the other ones I can find seem to be 22 fret. This may be a parts build. The body routing is also different than all others I can find.

That thing is totally thrashed

I don't care if it was US made

$200 tops

I can fix the trashed part, it's all the particulars I'm curious about.
